01 / Live decision
Listen
Read the performance, the room, and the system as one connected environment.

Production command center
I never left the studio. The studio just got bigger.
01 / Home base
Ghostown is the command center: an intimate working room where ideas begin and records come back together.
Writing. Programming. Editing. Arranging. Production decisions. Finishing. The room is built around the producer's ability to move from first instinct to final detail.

Current Ghostown / The room in use

02 / The room evolved
Ghostown Studios has traveled with Kene through different rooms and phases of his career. It has never depended on one floor plan or one generation of equipment.

Ghostown archive / Earlier era
The room changed. The tools changed. The workflow evolved. The purpose stayed the same.
Every version held the same job: make a place where ideas could be shaped, decisions could be made, and records could be finished.

03 / The extended studio
Some projects need a larger tracking floor, different acoustics, specialized microphones, a large-format console, or another monitoring perspective. Kene takes the work into the outside facility that serves the record, then brings it back to Ghostown.
One production system
The outside rooms shown here are specialized extensions of Kene's workflow—not Ghostown's physical home-base room.

04 / Tools of the trade
Microphones, consoles, signal chains, synths, keyboards, and software are a working vocabulary. Their value is not in the inventory. It is in knowing what to reach for—and when to get out of the way.

05 / In session
Musicians play. Performances are captured. Engineers listen. Production choices happen in real time. Every room and every tool exists to support those human decisions.

06 / Live sound
Kene brings the same production judgment to live rooms, where the system, the performance, and the audience are all moving at once.
There is no pause button and no recall pass. The work is to listen, react, and translate in real time without pulling focus from the people onstage.
01 / Live decision
Read the performance, the room, and the system as one connected environment.
02 / Live decision
Make clear decisions under pressure while the performance keeps moving.
03 / Live decision
Carry the intention onstage into a mix that reaches the room with clarity and impact.

07 / The process
The path is flexible. A song may begin at Ghostown, open up in a larger room, and return home for detailed production and finishing. The creative center remains consistent.
Different rooms. One production home base.
08 / Producer perspective
Kene speaks directly from the studio about producing: listening, arrangement, vocal direction, technology, choosing the right room, and recognizing when a record is finished.
Producer principle 01
Producing begins with understanding what the record is asking for before adding more.
Producer principle 02
The room, players, microphones, and workflow should answer the needs of the project.
Producer principle 03
Arrangement, editing, and technology matter most when they help the record resolve.
Ghostown is an active working home base for records that need musicianship, production, arrangement, editing, and a clear path to finished.
